Awakening
Questioning inherited assumptions and becoming more attentive to inner experience, intuition and meaning.
MY JOURNEY
My journey has unfolded through change, relationships, fatherhood, synchronicities, dreams, travel, meditation, periods of uncertainty and moments of profound clarity. I began to see awakening not as escaping ordinary life, but as becoming more present within it.

I’m Colin Keane, a father of four amazing children from the Wirral, UK, with our dog Bonnie. My working background includes 22 years in construction quantity surveying. Alongside those everyday responsibilities, personal change led me to reflect more deeply on who I am, how I relate to others and what matters to me. Separation and changes in my family and social life prompted deeper reflection.
Grounding, gentle breathing and meditation have become part of my daily practice. Travel, dreams and moments I experience as synchronicity give me material for reflection. I share their personal meaning without expecting everyone to interpret them in the same way.
For me, LYRA is a place to share this unfolding journey and help and guide others on a similar path of remembering. It is about making space for presence, compassion and conscious choices within family life, relationships and work.

Making space for change, connection and new beginnings.

Questioning inherited assumptions and becoming more attentive to inner experience, intuition and meaning.
Bringing insight back into everyday choices—how I breathe, respond, relate, parent, work and live.
Sharing the journey without demanding agreement, allowing each person to meet the ideas at their own pace.

THE COURAGE TO LIVE
Say yes to the moments that make you feel alive. Go with the flow, be inspired and thrive.
Live in the moment; it is the only time we truly have. The past is a memory, and the future becomes real only when it arrives in the present.

THE HUMAN JOURNEY
LYRA began as my own journey of questioning, healing and bringing insight into everyday life. The figure looking toward Giza is a symbol of that journey: a person standing here, looking toward what may be possible.
Personal one-to-one conversations about your journey are planned. Enquiries will be welcomed through a contact form once it is available; the fee, format and duration will be confirmed before booking.
Illustrative artwork; the figure is symbolic.
